Congratulations to Holly and Rich!

One of the most fun things about our job is getting to know our wedding clients and helping them achieve their vision for wedding invitations.  Some couples know exactly what they want, while others look to us for more creative guidance to help make their important decision.

Holly and Rich are a wonderful couple whom we had the privilege of working with this spring.  They gave  us their color scheme - black, white, vibrant purple - and permission to use our creative license to WOW them.

These types of directives are challenging, but we LOVE it!  Our best invitations are often born this way.

As we did with Holly and Rich, our process to create the right, tailored wedding design begins by listening... letting the couple describe their vision - high-level, detailed, and anything in between - for their special day.

Do their tastes trend toward modern or traditional?... An over the top black tie affair or a low key tropical destination?.. Ribbon accents or added sparkle and bling?

To help Holly and Rich select the right invitation, we provided several samples featuring their chosen palette.  They opted for a beautiful, traditional design with a pop of color.  Our favorite detail of this invite is the inter-laced ribbon - we loved that it added something unique, gave the invitation a pop of color and helped inspire us to accent their names in the matching color hue.  We also used this vibrant color in a monogram seal for the front of the invitation - a simple two layer rectangular seal with the initials H & R - it set the tone for what guests would see inside. The final color details were in the response card and reception card that sat layered in an inner pocket, we pulled the color into the heading of each card and kept everything else clean.

We thank Holly and Rich for sharing a few images of their wedding day with us.  We wish them a lifetime of happiness and are thrilled to have been a part of their wedding memories!
